SPARC offers a full range of specialized training by Authenticated 3rd Party AS9100 Auditors

AS9100 INTERNAL AUDITOR COURSE
AS9100 requires organizations to have competent staff which includes Internal Auditors to conform with AS9100 clause 7.2. Each organization shall have Internal Auditors to perform internal audits to conform with AS9100 clause 9.2. The standard recommends seeing ISO 19011 for guidance. One way to demonstrate competence is by providing Internal Auditor Training.

AS9100 LEAD AUDITOR MANAGING AN INTERNAL AUDIT PROGRAM COURSE

Design and/or manufacturing organizations that manufacture, assemble, or provide services to aerospace customers shall be certified according to the requirements of AS9100 standards and following the ICOP scheme.

AS9100 INTERNAL AUDITOR COURSE
The AS13100 standard, issued in March 2021, applies to Aerospace Engine Suppliers. It recommends that “training to be delivered by external body, (recommend using a training provider that utilizes Aerospace Experienced Auditor, minimun 2 days, and contains audit methods and 9100) or by an approved internal Lead Auditor.
Every 3 years, auditors shall have refresher training on Audit methods, nonconformance report (NCR) writing, and report writing.
Auditors should have refresher training on AS9100, as required (e.g., new revision being published)”.
The SPARC Internal Auditor Course has been developed considering:

- IAQG ICOP Aerospace scheme to perform 3rd party audits.
- AS9100 Rev D requirements to implement an Aerospace QMS.
- Exercises to compare AS9100 Rev D requirements with Sample course documents
- Exercises to perform internal audit exercises using sample course documents.
- Exercises to elaborate NCRs using sample course documents.
- Exercises to identify if course sample NCRs and responses are properly written.
- Exercises to suggest proper NCR descriptions and responses.
Aerospace Training
AS9100 LEAD AUDITOR MANAGING AN INTERNAL AUDIT PROGRAM COURSE
The AS13100 standard, issued in March 2021, applies to Aerospace Engine Suppliers. It recommends that “Lead Auditor Qualification is required for auditors that will be leading Internal and/or supplier audits. The Lead Auditor shall be trained in an Aerospace Lead Auditor training with documented content and examination. Training preferably delivered by external body with a certified training adequate for the organizations´certification level.

AS9100 LEAD AUDITOR MANAGING A 3RD PARTY AUDIT COURSE
The Online Aerospace Supplier Information System (OASIS) website is managed by the IAQG and used to control Aerospace QMS certifications, 3rd party auditors, and 3rd party audits.
3rd party auditors are authenticated by Probitas Authentication according to the requirements described in the AS9104/3 standard which includes taking the AS9100 Aerospace Auditor Transition Training (AATT) and an AQMS AS9100 Standard Auditor Course.
The SPARC Lead Auditor Managing a 3rd Party Audit Course has been developed considering:
- All AS9100 Rev D Requirements to develop & maintain an Aerospace Quality Management System.
- Exercises to compare AS9100 Rev D Requirements with sample course documents.
- Requirements to perform AS9100 3rd Party Audits acting as a Lead Auditor.
- Exercises to create a Recertification 3rd Party Audit Plan using the AS9104/3 Table 2 & course examples information
- Exercises to develop 3rd Party Audits per AS9100 Rev D Requirements using AS9101 Forms.
- Exercises to determine if course scenarios conform with specific AS9100 Rev D Requirements
- Exercises to generate NCRs using course scenarios and AS9101 NCR Form 4
- AS9104/3 Requirements for Aerospace Experience Auditor Authentication and Reauthentication.
